At this time, CD Jones is in the process of building 9 homes, 11 homes are complete. (20 Overall) The club house slab is poured. The next step in the process is to stain the concrete floor, add a clear coat and then we will be ready to start framing the building. The cluster mail boxes arrived today and will be installed on a concrete slab next to a paver pull of area in the near future.

September 2007

1. The clubhouse construction is estimated to start before the end of the year (Late November 2007 - early December 2007). It should be complete by May 2008.
2. The entry landscaping to begin before the end of Oct 07
3. There are currently 12 homes under construction with another 13 to start within the next 1-6 months

April 26, 2007

For those of you who were unable to attend the Villa Lago grand opening, it was a huge success! We had several hundred people come through the model and the comments and feedback we received was amazing. The model will be staffed by Clay and Company on a daily basis. Hours are Monday-Friday 10am-5pm, Saturday 11am-4pm, and Sunday 1pm-4pm.

April 9 , 2007

We are excited to announce that the infrastructure improvements are complete, and construction of the model home will be concluded within the next week with a Grand Opening scheduled for April 25, 2007 from 4-7pm.

January 9th, 2007

The entire infrastructure is in place, the road is now paved, the bulkhead around the lake should be finished by the end of January, and the model home is well under construction and should be completed by April 2007.

Once the bulk heading around the lake is complete, the developer will build the entrance columns into the subdivision, landscape the entrance, as well as landscape the common areas around the road. CD Jones will be sending out a letter next week regarding the revised build out schedule.
